Study Name*

Please enter a unique name for your study. The Study Name must be 2-16 characters long containing only Alpha and Numeric characters and dashes.

Create Shared Study Username*

Your shared Create Username & Password will be used to login with your Cogstate Research software. They are shared with anyone testing participants and anyone who requires access to uploading or extracting data during your study. The username must be unique and 6-10 characters long.

Create Shared Study Password*

Create Study Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters long, a maximum of 16 characters and a mixture of alpha and numeric characters.
