  • Superannuation – We pay the statutory percentage into your superannuation. You can use our default fund, or nominate your own, the choice is yours. We also allow you to salary sacrifice.

Teams Around the World

Virtual First Organization

We work flexibly at Cogstate, with remote work being the primary day-to-day experience for our employees. This enables our team members to have flexibility as to how, when, and where they work, thus promoting a better work/life balance.

While virtual is now our primary mode, we still value face-to-face collaboration. We facilitate in-person team collaboration through our existing locations or other available flexible working spaces. These spaces are configured for collaboration and community-building and are located in cities where we have a concentration of employees – currently New Haven, Melbourne, and London. Employees also have access to co-working spaces around the world.
