Teams Around the World

Virtual First Organization

We work flexibly at Cogstate, with remote work being the primary day-to-day experience for our employees. This enables our team members to have flexibility as to how, when, and where they work, thus promoting a better work/life balance.

While virtual is now our primary mode, we still value face-to-face collaboration. We facilitate in-person team collaboration through our existing locations or other available flexible working spaces. These spaces are configured for collaboration and community-building and are located in cities where we have a concentration of employees – currently New Haven, Melbourne, and London. Employees also have access to co-working spaces around the world.
