- An employee is required to undertake a short test that looks much like a simple computer game.
- The results of the test are sent to a secure online portal.
- These results are automatically compared to the employee's previous results.
- Based on this comparison, a test report is generated and sent back the employer within minutes.
- The employer is then able to make a decision regarding the employee's fitness for work based on the results of the test.
