 CogState WorkPlace

In the workplace, drug and alcohol testing alone may not be adequate to properly assess employee performance.

An employee's capacity to think and act, which directly impacts on their ability to carry out their duties, may be impaired by a number of factors such as fatigue, head injury, certain illnesses or prescription medication in addition to the effects of illicit drugs and alcohol. Therefore, accurately measuring an employee's capacity to think and act allows an employer to make a more complete assessment of an employee's ability to carry out his or her duties. CogState WorkPlace has been designed specifically for this purpose.
